VOICE-

It is clear that I am the one writing the essay.

Another writing assignment we did this semester that I included my voice in was my Angry letter.  Writing a persuasive essay means writing what you think down on paper.  In my angry letter, I wrote to Brandy Melville about their one size fits all policy.  I had to incorporate my personal experience along with the views of others to make a strong essay.

During this semester we learned about different traits that we needed to make an effective essay.  In my Coming of Age essay I needed to incorporate voice so that the reader would feel the same things I wanted them to do.  By making the reader feel certain emotions, my essay would be more effective.  I needed the person reading my essay to know that I was writing and saying the words that I felt so they would understand it more.
